Products Warranty Policy

The Industria Marilia de Auto Peças warranty covers electrical, electronic and mechanical operational defects arising from the manufacturing process.

Items excluded from this Warranty (legal and additional)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Parts that wear out naturally with regular use.
  • Infiltration of liquids in general (exception for products that are of the armored line)
  • Physical damage in general
  • Defects or damages resulting from testing, installation, alteration, modification of any kind in our products
  • Electrical and mechanical defects that arise after the end of the factory warranty period
  • Defects / damages caused by natural phenomena such as lightning, rain, flood, etc. Defects and damages caused by natural agents (flood, sea spray, electric discharge and others), excessive exposure to heat, steam or moisture
  • Product violated, with apparent adulteration
  • Products tested, however, does not present the reported defect
  • Products that have had the serial number removed, tampered with or rendered unreadable
  • Damages that were not found at the time of acquisition
Coverage and Warranty period for the Brazilian Market

In the Brazilian market, the warranty is offered against defects of the product, under normal conditions of use and maintenance, for 90 (ninety) days (legal guarantee), plus 3 (three) months of additional warranty, for a total of 6 ) months from the date of purchase or from the date of delivery of the product, identified by the documents of sale to the final customer of the product, issued in Brazil. This warranty is valid in Brazil.

This "Limited Warranty Policy for Products from the Independent Replacement Market" does not apply to products supplied by Marilia for original vehicle installations or original equipment parts or Spare Parts. The vehicle / equipment manufacturer's warranty shall prevail exclusively in such cases.

For any circunstance Indústria Marília be liable for any compensation beyond the purchase price of the product for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, loss of profits or savings, other direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
